- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had to take back two lots of chicken kiev, as it was very fatty and blubbery. Also, two weeks ago, I purchased 1.5kg of chicken mince (which, mind you, was frozen). Took it home and defrosted it, and tried to make chicken rissoles out of the gluggy mess. I had to add something like five tablespoons of flour to get a bit of form about it. Tasted like crap! Also, the people behind the counter have never worn gloves when handling the meat for the customers.
